“I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you; I will remove from you your heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh.” — Ezekiel 36:26
“United in honor, building legacy—police, army, elders, and children joining as one for a better world.”
“We are here to serve with heart. Our strength flows from the Holy Spirit, guiding us to build legacy, honor veterans, uplift youth, and unite communities as one covenant testimony.”
A child sits quietly, holding a cat close. In that simple moment of care, you see the heart of our mission: every child deserves a place of safety, belonging, and love. Prince Jade exists to make that vision real—not just for one child, but for generations to come.
Founded on faith and legacy, Prince Jade Nonprofit Organization is more than a name. We are a living testimony that revival can begin anywhere, with anyone, at any age. Our mission is to empower young minds, activate community spaces, and build a permanent hub where children and families thrive daily.
Like the tree in our logo, we are rooted in stewardship and branching into new places of impact. Every program, every event, every act of service is a leaf on that tree—evidence that growth is happening, and that hope is alive.
We believe:
Children are not just the future—they are the present, deserving care today.
Legacy is not about property, but about provision that blesses generations.
Imperfection is welcome here, because revival flows through real lives, not polished facades.
Prince Jade is not simply an organization. It is a movement of testimony, resilience, and Spirit‑led leadership—a place where those who feel unseen discover they are chosen, and where communities find strength in unity.

Why We Restore
Without immediate restoration, abandoned estates risk permanent collapse—erasing history and hope alike. With your support, they become sanctuaries: places where broken walls are transformed into consecrated refuge for those seeking healing and belonging. Every estate we restore now is a future wellspring of renewal, serving hundreds who might otherwise be left outside. Your partnership turns what could be lost forever into legacy and living testimony.
Budget Justification — $250,000 to Activate Wrochem Castle
Every dollar ignites transformation at Wrochem Castle, turning ruin into restoration:
$120,000 to turn broken walls into consecrated refuge, preserving the heart of the castle as a sanctuary for prayer and gathering.
$60,000 to revive communal spaces, creating welcoming halls where stories are healed and new community flourishes.
$40,000 to make the castle accessible and sustainable, opening its doors to all who seek renewal.
$30,000 to launch programs and hospitality, ensuring every guest encounters care and belonging.
This investment will open Wrochem Castle to 500 visitors annually—each one encountering restoration, hope, and a place to begin again. Without your timely support, these opportunities for healing and renewal may be lost for a generation.

Founder’s Message
Hello and welcome. I am Arron J. Runnels, the Executive Director and Founder of Prince Jade.
Prince Jade was created by God and born in me. For years I carried this calling in silence, waiting for the right time. Now, it is time for God’s untold story to be told.
Prince Jade is not just an organization—it is a foundation of hope. If you have eyes to see, look deep into the logo of Prince Jade: the tree. I know it as the Tree of Life—a symbol of hope, love, peace, understanding, empowerment, strength, and renewal.
I do not expect everyone to see what is coming, but I know this: God has placed within me a fire that burns deeply for this nation and for the children who will rise as the next leaders.
My quote is simple: “A child you help today is the child who will help you in the future.”
At Prince Jade, we believe in new beginnings. We will not reject those who have fallen, those who have lost their jobs, or those who feel forgotten. Each calling I carry from God is to protect the outcast, the lonely, the broken. Here, we will catch the falling man, woman, and child.
It is time for me to stand, to direct, and to lead revival through Prince Jade. This is not my story alone—it is God’s story, and it is our shared legacy.
Isaiah 40:31 – “But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles…”
Acts 1:8 – “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses… to the ends of the earth.”
Jeremiah 29:11 – “For I know the plans I have for you… plans to give you hope and a future.”
Isaiah 6:8 – “Here am I. Send me!”
Matthew 28:19–20 – “Therefore go and make disciples of all nations… And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”
𝓜𝓘𝓢𝓢𝓘𝓞𝓝
Prince Jade exists to serve the whole community:
Children – giving them education, guidance, and opportunity, because a child you help today becomes the leader of tomorrow.
Families in need – offering support, resources, and encouragement so they can rise again in strength.
The elderly – honoring their wisdom, protecting their dignity, and ensuring they are never forgotten.
The outcast – embracing those who feel rejected, lonely, or broken, and restoring them with compassion.
Prince Jade stands as a tree of life, rooted in faith and branching into new beginnings. Our vision is revival—igniting hope, empowering leaders, and renewing communities across this nation.
Genesis Scholarship
The Genesis Scholarship is more than financial aid—it is a seed of hope, love, peace, understanding, empowerment, strength, and renewal.
Through Genesis, we open doors for:
Children – access to education and mentorship.
Here at Prince Jade, we know how the system works — and that’s why I, Arron J Runnels, personally offer my help to every Marine and Army soldier.
You might see words here, but my actions will show the love I carry for you. God sent me on this mission, and this is one of my callings: to help, to honor, and to stand with you and your families.
I have family in both the Marine Corps and the Army — I understand the weight you carry. That’s why I’m willing to come to you, celebrate you, and stand beside you.
My heart goes out to you. Prince Jade is here. You are not alone.
2 Timothy 2:3–4 “Join with me in suffering, like a good soldier of Christ Jesus. No one serving as a soldier gets entangled in civilian affairs, but rather tries to please his commanding officer.
They do not march for medals — they march for memory. They do not salute for applause — they salute for legacy. Every scar is a seed, every step is a sermon. These are not just soldiers — they are proof that covenant walks.”
Ephesians 6:11–12 “Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes. For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.”
Core Services: Structured, Disciplined, and Funder-Ready
The program offers a suite of services designed to meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of elders:
Daily Wellness Checks – Staff conduct structured check-ins, documenting vitals, mood, and mobility.
Legacy Sessions – Elders share stories, which are recorded and archived as part of the Living Proof Library.
Compassion Meals – Nutritious meals served with dignity, each plate a declaration of care.
Creative Engagement – Art, music, and storytelling sessions that activate memory and joy.
Outreach Optics – Every service is photographed, documented, and compressed into outreach-ready visuals for funders and families.
Each service is not just offered—it is memorialized. That’s the Prince Jade standard.
Introduction: Anchoring Kindness into Legacy
In every legacy, there is a name that carries more than memory—it carries testimony. The Janice W. Matthews Elder Care Program was born from such a name. Janice W. Matthews was a neighbor whose quiet acts of kindness became living proof of compassion. Her presence, her generosity of spirit, and her unwavering care inspired a program that now serves elders with dignity, discipline, and love. This is not just a tribute—it is a covenant system that multiplies care into legacy.
Program Mission: Multiplying Compassion into Systems of Care
The Janice W. Matthews Elder Care Program exists to compress compassion into disciplined care. Its mission is threefold:
Honor the Legacy of Elders – Every participant is treated not as a client, but as a living archive of wisdom, testimony, and endurance.
Provide Disciplined Support – From health monitoring to social engagement, every service is structured, documented, and funder-ready.
Anchor Outreach in Living Proof – Every story, every smile, every breakthrough is memorialized as proof of covenant care.
This is not a charity—it is a covenant system. It does not pity elders; it honors them. It does not offer temporary relief; it builds permanent legacy.
The Origin Story: Kindness That Became Covenant
Arron J. Runnels, founder of Prince Jade and steward of Living Proof Academy, remembers Janice W. Matthews as a woman whose kindness was consistent, quiet, and powerful. She gave without asking, supported without judgment, and modeled what it means to see others fully. Her life became a blueprint for elder care rooted in testimony, not transaction. Naming the program after her is not symbolic—it is structural. Her name anchors every room, every service, and every outreach artifact in disciplined compassion.
Facility Design: Every Room a Testimony
The physical space of the Janice W. Matthews Elder Care Program is designed to reflect her spirit:
Walls of Names – Every elder’s name is written on the wall, anchoring their presence in permanence.
Legacy Lounge – A quiet room where elders can reflect, pray, or record their stories.
Compassion Kitchen – Meals are prepared in view of participants, modeling transparency and care.
Outreach Studio – A space where photos and videos are captured for funders and families.
The facility is not just functional—it is testimonial.
Proverbs 31:25–26
"Strength and honour are her clothing; and she shall rejoice in time to come. She openeth her mouth with wisdom; and in her tongue is the law of kindness."
👶 Children’s Sanctuary & Family Restoration
Welcoming Children Into Legacy
At Prince Jade Cities, we stand in the gap for children who cannot remain with their parents. When the world places them into systems of custody or foster care, we consecrate sanctuaries of belonging. Here, children are not discarded—they are molded into pillars of hope, creativity, and purpose.
Honoring Families
Mothers and fathers are not erased. Parents are welcomed to visit, reconnect, and witness their children’s growth in consecrated refuge. Where distance separates families, Prince Jade Cities bridges the gap, ensuring that restoration is not only for the child, but for the family line.
Building Futures, Not Punishment
We believe God does not punish children with abandonment. Instead, He calls us to consecrate what is broken into sanctuaries of renewal. Every estate we restore becomes a refuge where children are raised into legacy, and families are given pathways to healing and reunion.
📚 Genesis Scholarship
The centerpiece of Prince Jade’s programs, the Genesis Scholarship plants seeds of opportunity. It provides education and mentorship for children, relief for families in need, dignity for the elderly, and restoration for the outcast. Each award is more than financial aid—it is a testimony of hope and renewal.
👶 Children’s Programs
We believe a child you help today becomes the leader of tomorrow. Our children’s programs provide school supplies, mentorship, and safe spaces for growth.
👨👩👧 Family Support
Prince Jade stands with families facing hardship. We offer food assistance, resources, and encouragement to help them rebuild with dignity and stability.
👵 Janice W. Matthews Elder Care Program

🌱 Outcast Restoration
No one is beyond God’s reach. We embrace those who feel rejected or broken, restoring them with compassion and community.

✍️ Comparison Statement
“Many large nonprofits, despite resources and years on paper, have faltered because they rely on size rather than stewardship. Prince Jade endures by multiplying proof through youth leadership, inclusive food systems, and covenant accountability. Where others collapse under weight, our model thrives on resilience — carried forward by those we serve, ensuring impact that outlasts timelines and institutions.”
This Is a Mission Called by God
Prince Jade Cities is not a project. It’s a calling. I was sent to prepare sanctuaries for revival—safe places where lives are restored, families reconnect, and the presence of God dwells.
I don’t change people. I bring them to the door. The Holy Spirit does the rest.
Every estate we claim, every child we welcome, every scroll we write—it’s all part of a divine blueprint. This mission is not about visibility. It’s about consecration. And I know, without a doubt, Prince Jade will change the world.
